SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping from Clare Riley Home is currently only available in Canada, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Please note we are unable to ship to P.O boxes at this time.  

All in stock orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.  Some orders can be entered into the cart while large, heavy items can only be added to quote as not all items sold are stored in our warehouse and will be delivered by suppliers outside of Clare Riley Home.  Some items require longer lead times and shipping rates vary by weight and distance travelled.  Once your quote has been received Clare Riley Home will process your order and provide shipping and delivery dates to finalize your order.

FURNITURE

Please ensure before purchasing furniture that it will properly fit your space and that there is ample room for delivery to enter the home or space. Please measure all doorways, stairways, hallway widths to ensure your furniture will be able to reach its final destination.

All furniture items must be inspected right away to prove manufacturer defects or shipping damages in order to process a refund and must be reported within 24 hours.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Unfortunately in some cases there can be transit damages to merchandise or defects in manufacturing. It is imperative to inspect all purchases upon delivery to properly report damage or defects within 48 hours.
